Shopping Procedure

  • Thank you very much for your order. You will receive an 'Order Confirmation' email by the system automatically once you confirmed and completed the payment process.
  • We will send a 'Shipping Confirmation' email to you after we have dispatched your order within 2 business days upon receipt of payment.

Payment Methods

  • All prices are listed in Euro (€) as the base currency.
  • We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
  • All transactions are securely processed via Shopify Payments.

Delivery Methods

  • For certain EU countries that are not listed on the Loveramics EUshop, please visit our International Website at www.loveramics.com to place your order.
  • In the rare circumstance that your item is missing from your order, please follow the directions or contact customer service at eushop@loveramics.com.

Return & Exchange

  • If the product is damaged or does not correspond with how it was presented on LOVERAMICS EUshop, you have the right to make a claim within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • We are proud to say that our breakage rate over the past is outstanding at below 1%. We recommend you check for breakage and issues immediately upon receipt of goods and provide photos to our representative at eushop@loveramics.com. Our Customer Service will contact you to arrange a replacement for the damaged item or a refund.
  • If the items in your package do not match your order, please detail the nature of the problem and send us photos or videos of the product received. We will replace a new one for you with a reasonable shipping option upon receiving the returned item, or issue a refund if the product is out of stock. If the purchase has been made with a promotional code (if any), we will refund the amount in proportion to the total spent after the discount.
  • For defective items, please describe the issue and send us photos of the product received. Our Customer Service will contact you to understand the nature of the problem and to offer a solution.
  • If you would like to return the products for no specific reason, please notify us within 7 days. The products must not be used, and the original tags must be attached. Please send them back to our Europe Warehouse in Germany with the original packaging, label, and a copy of the invoice, in the same or similar carton, at your own expense. To track the return, please send us a tracking number after dispatch. Once we receive your package at our hub, we will check the product condition and will be happy to replace it with something of the same value, or issue refunds within 14 days at your request.

Customs Charges

  • Loveramics EUshop collects Value Added Tax (VAT) at checkout for orders shipped to countries within the European Union, in compliance with applicable tax regulations. The VAT rate applied is determined by the destination country and calculated automatically at checkout. Please note that local carriers or authorities may impose additional charges prior to or upon delivery—such as handling fees, remote area surcharges, or customs-related service fees. These are not covered by Loveramics and remain the sole responsibility of the customer, even for destinations within the European Union.
  • For countries outside the European Union (but still within the EU region), we do not collect VAT or any import duties at checkout. Customers in these countries will be charged only for the product price and shipping fee at the time of purchase. Any customs duties, import VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities or carriers upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • For specific customs policies concerns, we recommend contacting your local DHL or FedEx office, or consulting your national customs or trade bureau.

Shipping Charges

  • We ship to most EU countries. Shipping charges are calculated by the system automatically.
  • In specific countries, we provide free shipping with certain amount of purchase. For details, please refer to:

  • We ship everything of orders on Loveramics EUshop out of the Europe warehouse in Germany. That explains the difference in shipping terms across countries.
  • All shipping is done by DHL or Fedex as the default service providers.
